Refund Policy

Introduction:

At Hair Design Team, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide high-quality hair styling and treatment services. In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the service you have received, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.

Refund Requests:

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please report your issues to the staff present at the salon immediately or contact us at info@hairdesignteam.co.uk within 48 hours of your service. We will schedule a corrective service free of charge.

Corrective Service:

The corrective service will be scheduled at the earliest convenience and will be provided to the extent that the complaint is reasonable and within the original service scope. No refunds or credits will be offered if a corrective service is rendered.

Product Returns:

If you have purchased a product from us that is faulty or not as described, you may return the product within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. The product must be in its original, unopened packaging for a full refund. If the product is opened but returned within the timeframe and accompanied by a valid receipt, we may offer an exchange or salon credit at our discretion.

 

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates for salon services are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Salon Credit:

At our discretion, we may offer salon credit for services or products purchased.

 

Refusal of Service:

Hair Design Team reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.

 

Changes to Refund Policy:

Hair Design Team may at any time, without prior notice, change or modify this refund policy. Please ensure that you review it frequently.
